This is what bookstores are supposed to be like, keep your waterstones and wh smiths, i'll be looking around this gem of a place. Carrying a massive amount of second hand, rare and hard to find books this dog friendly place has something for everyone, plenty of reading room and some decent food, a visit it a must for book lovers.

Best car was in the area.. I go there at least twice a month. For £10 they will have your car absolutely immaculate inside and out. Can get quite busy but always top quality job. £5 for just the outside.

love the food from here, always top quality. reasonable prices and friendly staff. The ribs are always meaty and the menu is extensive. local delivery.

Best buffet style resteraunt in the area. Others just can't compare. Not for everybody and not really great for special occasions, but for a works do or popping out for dinner it's hard to beat. Certainly the largest range of food I have ever seen on a buffet menu.

An "ok" bar, bit pricey to be honest, good if you like seeing the same people week after week. Can get a bit clique in there. staff can sometimes be quite rude too. Alot better bars in Burton.

Went to the comedy night thier and had a really good time, They seem to be able to pull in some top names.. My only negative would be that the drink prices are way to expensive and have put me off going back there.. they really are silly prices.

Great to have something like the Quad in Derby, finally we can see decent independant films. With films like Gonzo; the life of Hunter Thompson, The bill hicks storyand now Haruki Murakamis "Norwegian wood" all being shown there I'm really happy to live so close to it. The cinema seats are really comfy and a lot of the time they have experts speaking on the subjects before the films.. awesome. If you sign up for thier free guide you get a great little booklet each month too.

fantastic food, lovely atmosphere. reasonable prices, friendly service. went as part of an offer from groupon, wasn't treated any different from other paying customers. service was fast, will definately be going back.

really nice food, especially breakfast cobs, prices reasonable. staff are friendly and service is quick. be careful if you park outside, nearly got a ticket.
