Zero stars. Went here with family and popped outside to have a smoke and use my phone, as I was in the middle of my call a member of staff then started giving me instructions to move from where I was stood. I walked out of the place to the road to continue my call without being disturbed and one of my family said to me later the staff member followed me all the way along.

The place where I was stood outside had no signs to say it was a non-smoking area, there was no-one else outside at all as it was a cold day, and the staff need to learn some manners.
Surprisingly enough I, or any of my family, have never been back. -

The small black girl behind the bar completely ignored me as I waited to be served, then she served the first person who walked up next to me. Worst service possibly ever. Avoid.
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.

£4 for a pint is ridiculous. I asked for two pints of lager. £8.
Not going again.

I ordered food for takeaway from Arti and was told it would be 30-40 minutes before I could pick it up. When I got there 40 minutes later I was told I would have to wait and the guy didn't even ask my name or what my order was. I had to wait nearly another 10 minutes before I was asked what my name/order was.
I heard good things about Arti from my housemates so was prepared to put the first hiccup aside. I had ordered a Chicken Madras, Pilau Rice and a Garlic Naan. I have had some brilliant Madras's previously, so know exactly how a Madras should be, but this was so far off the mark I am convinced that it was not even a Madras. The rice was okay but the Garlic Naan wasn't great either. So I was really disappointed as it just didn't taste very nice.
Update - after checking my receipt I can see I got a Chicken Maratha, I specifically asked twice for a Chicken Madras on the phone.
