I am still waiting the MOT certificate from your company. As this is a legal document I would have expected it by now. I have spoken with the police about this matter and they confirm that I should, by law, now, have this in my possession. Failure to provide this within the next 7 working days will instigate legal action.
You also promised to refund my account £20.00 for the locking wheel nuts that I had to purchase to make driving my car safe. This I have also spoken with the police about. Their view is that as you didn’t inform me of the loose existing locking wheel nuts, which you had loosened because the car did not have the unlocking socket, you had put not only my life in danger, but those of other road users. Had anything happened, you would have faced corporate neglect charges.
I realise that you delivered the car to me at a discount from £5600 to £5500. I also accepted that the VSA light was on and you have advised me to wait one month before seeking to have it investigated and fixed at a Honda dealers. However, your website clearly states ‘ Every car at our showroom is valeted by in house professionals and over 70 checks are performed before selling cars to customers’. In effect a PDI or pre delivery Inspection.
Therefore can you please explain why the washer bottle was totally empty, the engine oil was beyond it’s lower level, both front discs and pads are worn beyond their recommended replacement with both indicator wires having been removed! Rear door not functioning correctly, headlight washers not functioning and no spare tyre or tyre repair kit as original equipment. Which again, you have promised to replace and of which I am still waiting. ( I managed to get a complete set of correct wheels for this vehicle,not the ones fitted, delivered within two days and fitted. You can’t even get a tyre repair kit to me!!)
I mistakenly trusted you as I thought that as I had initially given you a £500 deposit instead of the £300 you requested, that you would be honourable in dealing with me. Perhaps I should have realised early on when you didn’t return my phone calls, never called back when you said and promised you would, that you are a totally dishonourable company.
