It's a real shame because i had a good experience at another Ted Baker salon but today was a rather different story. A friend had bought me a voucher for a haircut and shave and i duly stopped by the Charlotte Street branch. Started well enough but something obviously riled the young Turkish barber as he became rather rude and unpleasant , blantantly sniding in Turkish to his collleague which made me feel v uncomfortable... Needless to say i'll be going somewhere else next time where the atmosphere is more welcoming and the customer service is better!
