    Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren regelmäßig nach Sóller. Das tägliche Eis aus der “Fabrica” ist für uns ein Muß. Sehr schön sitzt man im schattigen Patio neben der Markthalle. Sehr zu empfehlen im Sommer das Orangen- und das Mandarineneis, das aus den Früchten der Orangengärten Mallorcas hergestellt wird. Was uns besonders beeindruckt ist, dass die Qualität in den vielen Jahren nicht gelitten hat! Die “Fabrica” beliefert übrigens auch viele Restaurants, Hotels und Eisstände auf der ganzen Insel. Weiter so!!!!
