Went there with my boyfriend for a meal out after work - restaurant wasnt particulary busy. Spent ages waiting to be served, the pork gyoza were not cooked properly and horrible, the replacement veggie ones werent much better. my pad thai was OK, and boyfriends beef dish was passable. Spent another age waiting to pay, and when I complained about having to pay for the gyoza, waited AGAIN to see the manager. I've visited this branch before and it's was never this awful! Think I'll be sticking to Wagamama in the future.

gorgeous, gorgeous! me and a friend visited here at the weekend whilst having a nose around didsbury - i wish i could have bought everything in the shop! i eventually settled on a delicate necklace - although sadly not for me, as a christmas present. the lady in the shop was very friendly, and wrapped my purchase up in a little box and gift bag. i would definitely come here again - very unique, quirky little place, perfect for gifts or just treating yourself.

I love Wagamamas - although I'd recommend the Spinningfields branch as it's a bit quieter, and I've found the service a bit better. The udon noodles are wonderful, and I love their chicken ramen - it's a big warm hug in bowl. The gyoza dumplings are so tasty, I could eat them all day. The dessert menu may look a bit mental, but trust me, wasabi and chocolate cake is amazing! Fairly well priced, and you do feel pleasantly full.

There seems to be a lack of good chippies in Manchester. My housemates and I tried this place, and were defintely not disappointed For around £4, we got a massive portion of amazing chips, and lovely crunchy battered, flaky fish. Om nom nom! Mushy peas were good too. Definite re-visit required.

Proper little greasy spoon, the kind there's not enough of nowadays. My boyfriend heartily recommends the fry up, and the burgers there are massive and wonderful - with proper chippy chips. Tea comes in proper mugs, and the coffee is surprisingly good. Boyfriend&I both ate (and were stuffed!) for under a tenner - definite thumbs up!

Anywhere with Indiana Jones themed pinball machines is good in my book. Came here with a friend for some lunch - the burgers were really good, and a good price. I've tried to come back a couple of times in the past month, but each time it's been closed, very odd.

Came here for lunch after a hard day buying christmas presents with a friend - first visit and oh my goodness it was delicious! We both had the special starter of paperdelli pasta with a salmon sauce - big portion for the price, and absolutely delicious. The bread and butter pudding with Tia Maria custard was divine - can't wait to come back and sample more! Really nice little find, well worth the trip in Withington.
