Please phone before coming down with your animal, as this helps us to prepare for your pets needs and treatment.

The best place for examination and treatment is at the Emergency Clinic itself, where life-saving equipment is at hand. We will give advice on how to best move injured pets. A specialized veterinary ambulance service is available to collect pets and transport them to us. If the animals condition is serious and requires emergency medical or surgical care, we will admit them for immediate treatment.

Fees are payable at the time of consult or at time of collection. Should your pet need to be admitted, an estimate of cost will be given
