Most items are at least high st quality, many were made for top dept stores but every so often they have something a little special - i once bought 3 mainline Dolce & Gabanna tops for £2 each…

there’s no fitting room , but you can return everything except pants and knickers within 2 weeks with receipt

Hold onto your purse and be prepared to queue to pay on Saturdays…

Just remember folks the fabulous friendly and very good value costume dept is downstairs. Highly recommended !

Hi I kind of agree.

It’s no excuse for rudeness but they are paying sky high rates in Berwick st (look how many empty shops there are!) and need to turnover stock fast - so have to be picky.
I usually call them before I visit and let them know what i plan to bring..

This branch has the more seasonal pieces and i have bought nice things there. The Goodge St branch much more laid back plus theres a bargain basement too.

Charming London institution, the quality of the food and service can vary, but its cheap and the ambience is charming. The fixed price menu gives you good value, and reasonable range of options. enjoy!
