I agree with other writers about the pub. The customer service is appalling. I have tonight cancelled a table for 15 because they couldn’t squeeze another 2 children in the party. Yes, i get it that if they are full they are full….but at 6.30. I though pub restaurants were having a hard time. Apparently not! The attitude of the female call taker (asst. manager I think) was horrid and I could hear the manager saying tell them no in the background. NOT GOOD ALL ROUND. Patronising attitude.. arghhhhh
