Not long ago, I got a call from a friend asking for help with their computer. They had recently taken it to Quay IT and paid for a repair (hard drive replacement). However, it still wasn’t starting up. When I took the cover off and had a look at the hard drive, it turned out they had put a sticker over the connector! I could hardly believe it – they must not have even tested it after doing the ‘repair’.
