been using the oak for over twenty years and seen it go from great to poor many a time. but since it's been a green king meet and eat pub its on the up again. good beer, good food and all at a great price. keep it up

we often use the windmill mainly because its convienient, they accomidate a large group and the kids can play. over the years the food and service has been hit and miss mainly due to the manager at the time. we can alway's tell if a good manager has left. lately though everything has been fine so all good.

if we're in the old town this is the place we go to for lunch or an evening meal. (if there's room). lovely food and the garden is great when the sun's out.

we have eaten sunday lunch at pissaro's a couple of time's now and the service and food have been exellent. we recently attended a birthday party and there was over twenty of us in the group, and all the food came out at the same time and was all served with a smile, nothing was to much trouble even though there was another large party and a full restraunt to look after aswell. top marks to all.
