I work out a lot and have a very intensive and stressful work. I go to Karada Massage therapy once a week in order to reduce stress and sleep better at night. I usually go for Swedish massage which i find the best - it relieves muscle pain and releases tension and anxiety. I highly recommend Karada massage to everyone.
