I had the misfortune of requiring a heart operation and was sent to this hospital from Ninewells in Dundee. My stay in Edinburgh was a very good experience from entry to ward care to the operating theater. All the staff were pleasant and attentive to all in the ward. I was kept informed of exactly what was going to happen at all times.
The hospital was spotless and a pleasant enviroment to be in, under the circumstances.
I am due to go into this hospital for surgery, shortly. I have no fear or misapprehension considering my previous visit.
