Truly amazing. I have used another letting agent in the past with mixed results. Northwood in Edinburgh have provided a fantastic service with friendly staff and have always looked after both my property and my best interests. I chose their guaranteed rental scheme and they covered all my void periods and also absorbed all the legal costs when it was necessary to evict a tenant for non payment of rental.If you want a hassle free experience I cannot recommend Northwood Highly enough
