Lovely place! So nice inside. Staff and atmosphere are very nice. Drinks and food are served (fodd till 9 every day). Have to say, that food is really good and in a good price. Till 5 p.m. 2 meals for £7, so I think it is a good deal. Nice!

This fish and chips shop is ok. Nothing really great, just the average. Maybe once my chips were a bit too oily, but hey… Staff is nice and very quick! There is no time for chatting! The only problem I have got was, when I wanted to have something to eat on Sunday afternoon. I went there, the shop was closed and there was no sign, opening hours whatsoever. I bit disappointing.

Very nice place. Clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Food is very nice, tasty and fresh. The portions are very very big. I had a standard fish and chips, but they offer kebabs, currys and many many more as well. Sometimes, you have to wait a bit, because, they have to cook something, but it is not a big deal. And the prices are realtively low! I was very satisfied with the service and will recommend that place to anyone!

Nero is a nice cafe. You can sit down and have your coffee or simply take the hot drink away. There is a wide range of drinks as well as snacks, chocolates, sandwiches and cakes. The atmosphere is nice and the staff friendly. I like the location, just in the city centre. Prices are ok. Recommended!

Little Pepitos is located on the first floor of the Westfield Centre where the food area is. There is not that many dishes to choose from, however it is just a little version of the proper restaurant so I think it is enough. Anyway, I have tried a stuffed pepper and it is just delicious. When you look at it, it looks small, but it fills you so much. It is very cheap as well, so you can have a great meal for less than £3! Nice! Staff is nice as well. Good place to go after shopping :)

Currys is located just next to the main entrance of the Westfield centre. You can buy there mainly electronic appliances and accessories. However, there is not a lot of stuff you can choose from. It is quite pricey shop and for sure you can find the same items much cheaper. Staff….. I belive that in that kind of shop, staff should know 'something’ about the products they are selling. However, most of them cannot help you at all, they have no idea about basic specifications, etc.

Charlie Cinema is a great cultural place located on the main street in Lodz - Piotrkowska. This cinema offers great, international, independent movies. You won’t watch famous american productions. That’s why, this is such an unusual place. It doesn’t look like a proper cinema. There are 2 screening rooms with very comfortable chairs. The sound system is perfect! Moreover, there is a cinema gallery and the cinema cafe. The Cinema hosted many cultural and film events too. Staff is so nice and friendly. They have a great tickets offers, but anyway prices are very low. Highly recommended!

Debenhams is one of the biggest stores in Westfield Centre. It boasts 3 floors. You can buy there clothes from many different brands, cosmetics, jewellery, accesorise, etc. Prices are usually a bit more expensive then in other shops, but the quality of the products is very good. Staff is ususally nice. Sometimes there are too many of them and even you have already asked someone for help, others keep coming and want to help you.

Derby Railway station is located about 5-10 minutes (walk) from the city centre. At the moment, the station is undergoing refurbishment. The station is medium -sized, but well organized and there are good access to all platforms. In front of the station, there are a car park, bus stops and taxi stop. In the main hall you can find several cashpoints, ticket office, Upper Crust with the specious sitting area, WHSmiths and a stall selling cakes, biscuits and coffee (forgot the name). Staff is very nice and helpful. Station is very clean!!

Pink Cadillac sells womens clothes. There are very original and fashionable. Prices vary. Some products are very expenisve and others surprisingly cheap. You can buy there some jewellery and other accessories, such as bags, belts, scarves. Nice place, highly recommended.
