Same thing has happened to me. Lost my deposit after I had to cancel an appointment despite calling them 3 times and leaving a voice mail each time. The first time i went the dentist claimed i needed four fillings, a shock as I had none, so i went back to my family dentist who i'd been going to for 25 years and he found only one worth doing anything to. Overall very disappointing
