I would like to try to express my great appreciation for the care that Julian and his team have extended to me. Since childhood, I have never been happy with the shape of my lips and after spending considerable time debating whether or not to have a lip lift, I decided the time was right for me.

Having looked at many other websites, I was immediately impressed with Julian's qualifications and expertise, but it was only when I called the office and received every assurance from Aneta, the Practice Manager, that I decided this was the right clinic for me.  From our first telephone conversation, right the way through until after the surgery, both Julian and Aneta showed such care and compassion.  I had travelled to London alone for the procedure and Aneta couldn’t have done more to ensure that I had everything I needed and was comfortable recovering in my hotel room over the next week. It can be quite daunting having any kind of surgery and her kindness made a world of difference to me.  She really is such a thoughtful and beautiful person.

Prior to the surgery, they spent considerable time ensuring that everything was explained to me in detail and answered any questions that I had.  The surgery itself was brilliant and not once was I in any pain or discomfort. Thanks to Julian's expertise, I didn’t suffer any bruising whatsoever, which, to this day, I still find truly amazing!

The results of the procedure have changed my life!  I feel better about myself and have more confidence than I have in years.  I knew the moment I met Julian and Aneta that I was in safe hands, I only wish I had come to them sooner. They really do have a fantastic bedside manner, and I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me!
