What a disappointment! After always visiting the deli and being very satisfied we found that this weekend  we visited and the service, food and environment were all sub standard in our opinion! Ok the premises are in the process of being renovated so why not actually CLOSE the place whilst this work is being done? Instead we were served very basic bagels with no garnish....and served separately so some of us had finished eating way before others had even received theirs....and also it was really expensive!The latte was luke warm and we were still hungry after paying £28 for 4 drinks and 4 bagels that we went elsewhere and had a much more satisfying value for money meal. For a long time now  we have visited this deli and we've always been more than happy but we will visit no more. The staff said it was due to the disruption of the building work but this does not excuse the price  and the basic presentation of the meal. We have voted with our feet!
