Benessere Bromsgrove - Bromsgrove

I've been a few times to Benessere and no matter how many tokens they send I wont be going back. The staff downstairs were fine and the girl who did my massage was a good but barely spoke to me for the hour. When I paid I had vouchers that could be used but I was told I could not use them despite asking previously. I left feeling thoroughly annoyed and not relaxed

BenessereHair Hello Katherine, We are a little puzzled about this review. First we have no record on our system of a Katherine coming in for a massage so if you want to contact us we can sort this out. We always honour Benessere vouchers no matter when purchased so again this puzzles us. We occasionally send promotion vouchers to our clients or posted on our Facebook page, these do usually have an expiry date.
It is not good practice to chat to clients while they are having a massage treatment, we play relaxing background music in our treatment rooms to help clients to totally relax, enjoy the experience and often fall asleep.

We take every review seriously, I am really sorry it has taken us so long to come across this post but if you would like to contact us we can discuss your previous disappointing experience and we are happy to offer you a complimentary treatment of your choice.

Fantastic food. I love Woktastic. Their staff are always attentive, their bowls of ramen noodle soup are amazing. Their menu is brilliantly different to any other oriental food restaurant. The staff are always willing to let you try things and are always impressed if you attempt using chopsticks.

The Guild has recently changed its menu and embraced a more buffet style dining experience. It was my first trip to The Guild in over two years and I wasn't overly impressed. Two members of staff were fantastic, very polite and provided great customer service. The staff member who brought our food out was incredibly rude. We had to request cutlery twice, it was then handed to us from a nearby table. The food was passable. The portion sizes were completely different though we had the same meal. Oil change drastically needed in fryer. When we left we noticed a large quantity of rats around the back of the building. will not be visiting again.

I had my first Krispy Kreme doughnut a year ago, I was offered a piece to try and they were so good i bought a tray. My colleagues loved the variety boxes with all the different flavours. Why try just one when a box has them all?!? My favourite treat in Birmingham, Cardiff or London...

There is a group of young men on a tuesday that do an improvisation comedy night. We gave it a go on our first night in London and I was howling. They have some wonderfully talented young performers and also some well established comedy names. Yes the decor is dated, it reminds me of a rehearsal room we used to use at our local theatre but decor doesn't matter! The five guys kept me laughing all evening with their sharp wit, lots of tongue in cheek antics and most importantly their sheer talent. Well done all. See you again soon.

Never a good sign when the staff admit to you that most of the attraction is the same as the London Dungeons. Always look for the street promoters. 50% discount with a leaflet for us! Visit the dungeons instead unless you're desperate to do the tombs

A lovely seaside hotel. Wonderfully run, beautifully clean, located near to local transport and points of interest. Opposite beautiful Swansea Beach and approximately 20 minutes via bus to Mumbles. I've stayed many times and can't wait to stay again!

This little bakery and coffee shop is literally a five minute walk from the Covent Garden Travelodge and also the Tube Station. For my birthday I desperately wanted chocolate and cherry cake, as two tourists we looked everywhere for somewhere we could get birthday cake and couldn't really find anywhere. We were walking back to the hotel when we spotted Patisserie Valerie and what a lucky find it was! Their cake was delicious and the maccaroons I brought home barely made it through the train journey they were that good! Fantastic staff, Wonderful cake and Fabulous coffee!

During a trip to london for my birthday we chanced upon an advert for The London Dungeon. We bought reduced price tickets at Euston Station because they were significantly cheaper. The attraction was fantastic! All the actors played their roles beautifully, the Torturer was absolutely brilliant. The photo's were expensive but we got a fantastic photo of my boyfriend and I (one of us is normally holding the camera). My only complaint was the amount of people per group. Some of the rooms are rather small and putting 10+ people in a room means views of some of the exhibits was almost completely restricted. I'm only a small woman and when i did manage to be at the front in one exhibit, a woman behind me complained loudly that she couldn't see! She was massively taller than myself. Altogether it was a fantastic afternoon out, I would happily take friends with us and go again.

The staff are fantastic, they had promotions out all evening in Redditch and are always willing to help. Fever has lots of varied nights including: Rock Night Break The Mould - Gay night Fever thursday - saturday: A mix of music from 80's to today. There is also Boutique upstairs which plays modern music all night. As well as your standard drink deals they also do party packs for special occasions. All in all I can never say I've ever had a bad night in Fever.
