How do you review a company who takes your money but sends you nothing in return. If they cannot supply the goods within the stated delivery period they have offered you, you would at least expect  a followup to tell you without you having to repeatedly email them for answers as to why order has not been delivered. In all honesty if they cannot cope with backlog situations they should never be in business in the first place. It leave a bitter taste in the consumers' mind as to whether they have been "ripped off", not at all good for a company's image.This is a case where "silence is golden" is totally out off context. I predict they are not long for this world in their present form operating in their present mod-us operand i. Sorry but of all my personal experiences of buying online, this is the worst I have ever experienced. The one star is an imposing website, minus 10 stars for service. Please anyone reading this avoid this company.
