I went to the apple store in meadow hall on a Sunday just as apple launched their new iPad mini, without an appointment after being told on the phone by apple that there would be a good chance I could get an appointment due to cancellations. I spoke to two very cocky members of staff that told me "no, you won't be able to get an appointment" I asked "if you have a cancellation can you ring me? I'm in meadowhall all day and have come from York" my reply was simply no. They didn't check the appointments for me at all I just kept hearing "no". That was until I spoke to Malcolm aka malc older guy. He assured me he would make sure I would see someone and BANG 5 mins later I have a brand new handset in my hand ready to leave. Thank you malc!!! Fantastic member of apple team. As for the rest..... Training definitely needed. Twits!
