We used MFL after trying and failing to sell our house earlier in the year with another agent.  Although their fees are quite a bit higher than other agents, I would say in this current climate it was certainly worth it.  There are houses in my area that have been on for AGES and have still not sold, yet ours sold within 7 weeks!!  The staff are very friendly and professional.  The photographer's photos were amazing. The "online noticeboard" worked well to keep us informed (although some information could have been updated slightly quicker).  My only gripe - I would have liked my property to go "live" a lot quicker.  This seemed to drag on a bit which was frustrating.  However, overall I would definitely use them again.
