This place is a true find and amazingly it isnt listed with a review on tripadvisor! Maybe its because those who go want to keep this wonderful place for genuinely well made Indian (punjabi) food a secret. The food I had here is better than you might find if you paid £50 a head elsewhere, no jokes. I recommend the fresh, sizzling sheesh kebabs here and the chicken tikka starters, they are succulent and sublime and will set the tone for the rest of your meal. Go in the evenings and you are entertained with a dance in traditional punjabi style from the waiters. the only negative point is that it is a noisy place. BUT Excellent, highly recommended.

While staying at the Holiday Inn London Heathrow M4 J4 we decided to take the first pub near the hotel for a quick evening meal. The surprise was the absolutely delicious Lamb Chops entree. The chops were served cooked to perfection medium rare, exactly as I had requested. They were tender, juicy and with just the right amount of fresh mint. The atmosphere was pleasent, the staff courteous and attentive.
I will try to go to this establishment anytime I am in the area.

The Jolly Waggoner is a recently refurbished, modern looking pub positioned on the A4 withiin a mile of Heathrow Airport and the M4 Motorway. With the refurbishment they have new furniture and fittings and a new classical look. The outside has been improved and they also have new signage. The clientele range from 18 to 80+ with all appreciating the trouble free, female friendly reputation it holds. For added peace of mind there is CCTV cameras.
The new extensive main menu has proved very popular. Food can be eaten anywhere in the pub or outside on the patio in the summer. Evening entertainment is well attended and includes weekly karaoke and disco. regular theme nights and live music. With so much on offer here i would say, it is a place to spend one of your precious evenings. You would love the chicken in cream sauce. It is the best

This is a high-ceilinged corner pub, typical of Victorian design. It even boasts a rather fine tiled mural of what appears to be a local river scene, and which is certainly one of the pub’s original features. As you might expect with a pub of this name, there is a lot of nautical paraphernalia adorning the walls, including some model ships.
They had Deuchars IPA, Adnam’s Bitter and spitfire on. The Deuchars was £3.10 a pint, but tasted just fine. I rather like this pub as it has a traditional feel to it, and in my view is definitely worth a visit if you are in the London Bridge area.
