To be told when dropping your car off that normal cases have priority over ski and board bags on the return and that i as the driver might have to return on his own and then return to the airport and collect baggage and other passengers is not acceptable. This was used as a lever to try and sell car delivery to airport for additional £25. Not on. If this is the case it should be told at the time of booking and payment not when i arrive to drop my car off and trying to catch a flight. if I had known I would have gone elsewhere. It was not worth the worry that I might have to add another 45 mins to an hour to my already long return journey if the bus driver refused my parties 2 board bags. I cannot recall if you asked me how many bags or passengers at the time of booking but it is up to you to do so if you are unsure that you can honour the booking by having enough transfer buses for the orders you take. i will not be using you again.
