ordered a product off these guys and stipuilated and paid extra for next day delivery. rang 3 days after placing order got th impression they had not checked the order had been placed gave me a story about royal mail problem. Told me that would post another out and as a gesture if first one arrived to keep that also. But there was never going to be another as the first had never been posted. Paid £7 postage for next day delivery only to recieve it almost a week late. had i known would have not paid extra postage and ordered standard delivery.
