Just got my hair done here, think hairdresser may have been in a bad mood, I hope this was the reason anyway. She never made any conversation, or offered a drink and didn't mind being rough with the tats in my hair, alot of painful bits without even a sorry. Never told me her name, at the end she came around a bit and talked about my hair.
Overall I liked the place, was very clean and all the other customers were being talked to, walked in with no appointment and was seen straight away so top marks for that.
Does not take card payments so bring cash, ATM is right beside tescos beside the hairdressers.

Absolutly love this place. Have been twice, once with my boyfriend and the other time with my family.
When I was there with my family we got the 9.99 meal where I paid £3 extra for the steak, they were very happy to make switches on my meal at no extra costs unlike some restaurants and when I asked for a coke they asked if I would prefer a large as it was only 15p dearer, I liked this as they cuda made more money out of me by getting two small glasses.
The kids were offered a choice of DVDs or ds's to play with an they had a large selection which kept the kids entertained while the adults talked.
When I went with my boyfriend last night we go the BOGOF steak and it was delicious, no complaints about the food or service, I know officially love this place.

Have loved going to this zoo since I was very little, some of the animals have changed since then, no more polar bears but love that the tigers are here to stay.
Long uphill walk but well worth it for the views of Belfast and tiring the kids out to sleep in the car on the way home.
Best time to go I think is in the cold and damp, bring a raincoat and a pack lunch. You avoid all the crowds and 99% of the animals are out as it's not roasting outside.
Make sure you have plenty of water and that the raincoat is light as you'll still get quite warm walking up the hill.
