I had booked the appointment for 10.00am 1/12/12 . We arrived at the place bang on 10.00am and the place looked closed .My wife waited for 25 minutes out in the freezing cold wondering if the time and date was right .
It was right and eventually Kirsty came out and opened the door . I understand that Kirsty works by her self but there should have been some sort on sign stating what was going on or even a phone call to say that she was running late.
Once my wife was in the place she felt it was very rushed for the hot stone massage that she received .It was meant to be up to an hour but my wife felt it was only 35 /40 munites . My wife even said "Kirsty even did not do all the areas that she was going to do".
Even the areas that Kirsty did do where not done right my wife said . My wife knows this, because she was a beauty therapist and practised for over 6years.
I am wondereing if my wife would have been treated better if i had paid the full price instead of getting a groupon voucher !!!!!
You have really disappointed me Kirsty and you have ruined one of my wife's gifts for her 30th birthday.

lipshin To be fair, i do not know if it was Kirsty or not, the therapist never introduced herself, and the treatment must have lasted for about 40-45min.
On arrival the place was in darkness, no opening times, no sign to say ‘Therapist in treatment’ which would have at least given me some indication that someone was there. After the 25 minutes waiting out in the freezing cold, the therapist came out from a back room, the salon was freezing and as far as i could see the heaters were not switched on. Thankfully they were in the room but it was still far too cold.
Other than the form i filled in at the start the girl knew nothing about me, which treatment i wanted, if i had any areas that were bothering me, what kind off presure i like, etc.
I could keep going listing everything that i am unhappy with about the treatment but i feel that you probably get the idea when i say, out of all the massages i have ever had, this one was the worst!
What has upset me more than anything else is that i had to tell my Husband that the gift he got me was this bad, he cant stop apologising to me, he thinks its his fault for getting me a group on voucher but it is not his fault, your company should not sign up for these offers if you are not prepaired to offer the same level of servise as you would a full paying client.
Very unhappy!
