The store is located on Guildford High Street which is a short walk from the bus and train station. Although H & M sells a wide range of clothing for woman, men and children the Guildford store only stocks woman’s clothing and accessories. The clothing is spread over 2 floors with sale and reduced items located on the lower ground floor. There is always a great range of clothing in here suitable for all occasions and different sizes. Their clothing is very good value and lasts a long time before it needs replacing. The fitting rooms in here are always clean and tidy; how-ever there is very rarely any staff in the fitting rooms during the week. There are some tills located upstairs and downstairs which keeps queues to a minimum. Staff are friendly in here and are always happy to help if you need any help or advice about anything. They also have a great range of accessories in this store with includes bags, belts, jewellery and a small selection of shoes. This is good quality clothes shop, of which I am a regular customer.

 

This store sells a great range of American sweets & treats. The shop is brightly coloured with a yellow and red theme and I always spend a good 30mins browsing in this store and looking at various different items. They stock cereal, crisps, and snacks, spreads, cooking sauces, spices, sweets, drinks and chocolate. All of the items in here are all American so you will find lots of things in here that you have never tried before. A favourite thing of mine in here which brings back childhood memories is Nerd sweets. They sell a huge range of different flavours. I also enjoy looking at the different types of chocolate bars and table sauces. The products in here are quite pricey, how-ever I don’t really mind this as some of the items I just try once and won’t buy them again. The staff in here are really friendly and are always happy to help. The store gets quite busy during the weekends so try to go in here during the week if you can.

 

The store has a large range of ladies and men’s’ clothing which is reasonably priced. They have the latest fashion trends/colours and often have discounts on selected items. The store is very neat & tidy and staff always looks well presented. I have been in here and often purchased casual jeans, dresses for special occasions, winter and summer clothing. The fitting rooms in here are very clean and tidy and there is always a member of staff there, should you need any help. The clothes in here are of good quality and long lasting. I regularly shop in this store as it’s bright and very welcoming. I feel as though this shop has a slight Top Shop feel to it but is slightly cheaper.

 

This store is located in North Street which is the street which runs parallel to the high street. The store is very modern looking and is bright. The first thing I notice when walking into the store is the display tables with a range of bright and colourful products on. To the left hand side is a range of cards which vary in price and includes handmade and pop up cards. The range of cards stretches right down to the back of the shop. They stock a fantastic range of gifts for all occasions and a lovely range of stationary. They also do some beautiful hand-made wrapping paper as well as other paper with their own designs on. Some of the cards are Paperchase own brand and are special looking, whilst others are plain and simple. They also stock a great range of different frames and a few novelty items in here. The staff in here always look smart and are always helping customers to the best of their ability. During seasonal times such as Christmas it gets very busy in here, how-ever there are always plenty of members of staff serving and packing. The price of cards in here vary in price, how-ever I don’t mind paying a bit extra for a special card. This is one of the best card/stationary shops in Guildford!

 

 This large store is located in the main shopping centre and stocks a wide range of cards, gifts and other stationary products. Whatever the occasion you can be sure to get a card in here and even a matching gift. They have a large range of cards for all occasions, how-ever during different times of the year this may be reduced slightly due to seasonal cards taking up a lot of space. They also stock a large range of party supplies such as balloons, banners and party bag fillers. These all vary in price, how-ever they are quite reasonable and very good quality and well known characters such as Thomas the tank engine, Peppa Pig, Hello Kitty and more. The staff in here always look well presented in a blue uniform and there is always staff around to help you if you have any problems or can’t find what you are looking for. During seasonal times there will be queues; how-ever the tills always have staff on which makes the queues go down very quickly. Some of the cards in here can be very pricey so I would advise to check prices before you go to pay at the till. This is a great store with a great range of products.

 

The store is located on the main high street and is a large store stocking a great range of beauty products and cosmetics. The store is always bright and clean and shelves are always fully stocked with a large range of different products. The store doesn’t get too busy which is nice as there’s plenty of room to move around in here and things are easy to find. They always seem to have different items in here which includes discounts off specific items which can save you quite a bit of money. There always seems to be plenty of staff in here and they are always knowledgeable and very helpful when asking any queries. They never allow any queues to build up and if a queue forms more staff will always come onto the tills to help serve customers. I am always confident about getting all the beauty products I need when I go into the store. They also have a pharmacy here where you can pick up prescriptions. I have never used this service in the branch.

 

This store has 2 levels and they sell a huge range of clothing, shoes and accessories. The store is bright and very well lit with a great range of brightly coloured clothing which are in fashion or in trend. There is normally always a member of staff who will greet you as you walk in and this makes you feel welcomed. I regularly browse in here and have purchased some beautiful items in here such as casual vest tops, clubbing dresses and some lovely accessories. The staff in here look very fashionable and they are quite helpful, how-ever they don’t tend to smile much or make any conversation whilst serving customers. Some of the items in here are quite pricey; how-ever the items are of good quality and are made very well. When buying things like jeans in here I have to go up 1 or 2 sizes as I find their sizes are quite small. This is a great store where you can find an outfit suitable for any occasion.

 

This is a very large store which sells a huge range of ladies clothing for all occasions and different sizes. On the lower ground they have a great range of jeans, going out clothing and more casual wear. Located on the top floor is the teen clothing and a huge range of shoes and other footwear. The fitting rooms in the store are very big and are always very tidy and clean with not even a mark on any of the mirrors. The staff in here always looks fashionable and serve customers quickly. The only down-side to the store I would say is that staff don’t seem very enthusiastic and they never seem to smile or look very happy. They have some fantastic clothing for great prices and they always have brilliant sales which I always check out. There are always minimum queues in here due to the large number of tills they have in store. The clothes fit perfectly and are of very good quality and will last a long time.

 Whenever walking into this branch the first thing I noticed is the well-presented staff. The staff always acts and look very professional. The store is always very clean and tidy and has a nice feel to it. When going here for the first time for an eye test and purchasing glasses I felt a little nervous. The staff made me feel welcome and put any worries I had an ease and the experience wasn’t anywhere as bad as what I thought it would be. They have a great range of glasses and frames to choose from and these are always ready within a week or so of choosing your frames. I go here every 3 years for an eye test and I am always very pleased with the service the staff provide.

I have visited this pub a few times and regualrly go here with my friends. They have a great menu with a great range of different foods which are really good value. The pub is always clean & tidy and table are always free from empty glasses and plates. The staff in here are very friendly and always chatty and happy to to help you. The price of drinks are reasonable and they have a good selection of beers, wines and other spirits. I have eaten in here many times and I've never has any complaints about the food in here. As this pub is local to a lot of people it does get busy in here, how-ever staff always do well to serve customers as quick as they can. This is a lovely little pub with very friendly staff.
