We eat at Weavers fairly regularly although not every week! We have always enjoyed the food and service has always been very good. Sometimes we’ve been unable to have a 2nd/3rd bottle of the preferred wine, which is a bit disappointing, but everyone we’ve taken there have always come away with good comments about it.
The ‘set menu’ we were a little disappointed with – not that there was anything wrong with that, just that some of our ‘favourites’ were not on. However, given that at Christmas, Valentines Day etc., are so busy, and having two chefs in our family, we completely understand why they are so set.
We are looking forward to our next visit later this month. It’s nice to get dressed up and go out for dinner in such a lovely place with such excellent food.
