internet order didnt arrive, i had to chase to find item out of stock.
Still waiting for my refund & for responses to my emails and when i telephoned all i got was 'someone will call you back' needless to say i'm still waiting for call back and refund.
Thankfully i paid via paypal so will get money back eventually, but major inconvience that i'm still without table and my money. Totally frustrated with lack of contact from company, shopping there in person may be better but internet or telephone orders i 'd avoid.

Hussain I am sorry for your bad experience with us, the item was out of stock and an email to inform you of this was sent and to tell you the table would be back instock within 7 days, when we was informed by yourself you required a refund, a full refund was given. We can not help if manufacturers run out of stock or how long paypal take to refund money. Kind regards, Home Furnishings UK

lsid You either haven't looked into this matter or you are being very economical with the truth. The facts are that before making the purchase i emailed asking if this item was instock as i required it within 7 days. I received a prompt response saying it was in stock and it would be with me within that time, after purchasing and paying for item the only email i received was an order confirmation. After waiting for a week I emailed to see where the item was to receive another prompt reply saying item was out of stock and would be in the next week. Straight away i emailed asking for a refund so I could purchase item from elsewhere - I did NOT receive a reply or a refund. The next day I telephoned your 'helpline' to be told everyone was busy and someone would call me back - I'm still waiting for this call! The following day i then raised the claim with Paypal. There is no way that you had refunded my money at this stage else Paypal would not have raised the claim. Regardless of whether the money had reached me, paypal would still have informed me that the refund was on its way. Please dont blame the error on your supplier & paypal, good companies make errors too but they also admit and sort problem out not just ignore the customer. My experience of your company is that you are more interested in making orders and receiving payments than sorting out any problems. Very odd how i always received prompt service before i asked for refund. Since I asked for a refund this is the first & only contact or response that has been made!
