clarins spa - Birmingham
House of fraiser - rackhams, Birmingham, West Midlands B71 4LF
22-01-2009
I love the clarins spa. It located at the rear of the Rackhams store. I try to treat myself once every couple of months by having a facial. The treatments are not cheap but they are well worth the money. The facials are amazing, i have nearly fell asleep several times. The staff are helpful and always give great advice on skincare. I would highly recommend.
We Will Rock You - Bloomsbury
268-269 Dominion Theatre, 268-269 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7AQ

Im not a bid theatre person, and was dragged here by my boyfriend who is a big fan and has seen it 9 times. To my surprise i loved it. Its funny and extremely enjoyable. I am even seeing it again a couple of months.
German Christmas Market - Birmingham
60 Shawbury Road, Birmingham, West Midlands M23 2ZQ
22-01-2009
A loverly little market to walk round, but due the british weather it ruins the outing if its raining. I dont think much of the german food stalls, but theres so many great places to eat in birmingham it doesnt really matter. its worth a trip if you live local, but wouldnt bother if you lived miles away.
Iceland Foods - Halesowen
24-25 Hagley Street, Halesowen, West Midlands B63 3AU

i love this shop. Its a decent size, and theres lots of different foods. The cost is great as you get good value for money!!!
Oyster Bar& Restaurant - New York
Grand Central Station -, im Souterrain, 10017 New York
22-01-2009
I would reccomend a meal here even if you dont like oysters. The fish is as fresh as it comes and its beautiful. One tip though, dont go on a sunday night. They seem to run out of loads of dishes, so if youve got your heart set on the mahi mahi or the sea bass - you might not get it. They never seem to run out of oysters though. Theres also lots of lobster - pick your own
Grand Central Terminal - New York
87 Washington Place, 10011 New York
22-01-2009
Grand central is fantastic - there are wonderful resturants and cafe’s and the Architecture is outstanding. There is also a food court, like a mini market. Theres fresh fruit, veg, fish cheese, it all looks so delicious. Also try Juniors for the best carrot and cheesecake in all new york!
Chrysler Building - New York
Lexington Avenue 405, and 42nd Street, NY 10174 New York
22-01-2009
From the inside - dont bother. The Chrysler is fantastic from the outside, probably the nicest skyscraper in new york. But dont bother going into the lobby, you wont miss much. Its quite dimly lit, so you cant see much of the intricate paintwork anyway and you can only wonder around the lobby which is really small
The Empire State Building - New York
60 N Central Ave, AZ 85004 New York
22-01-2009
A must for any new york trip. I went at sunset which is amazing and beautiful, but be prepared to wait as it gets really busy that time of day, the queues are pretty long. The skyline is great, but i think i preffered the view from the Rockafella centre. After all, i dont think the new york skyline is the same withoutseeing the empire state building standing in all its glory!
