Vivacity stores are a terrible company and I honestly think Wowcher should reconsider using them for future deals.
But other deals I have bought have gone without any problems.

Although they have fulfilled my order I do feel that they need to seriously improve their customer services!
kyliewain Can I please ask how you got it to charge? My charger is the same – it won’t go in all the way – so charging is intermittent. This is a gift for someone so I don’t want to give them something they are going to have difficulty charging. Thanks.

lucycutler Sorry I have only just seen your comment, mine seems to charge ok even though it doesn’t go in all the way. Saying that, if I try to use it while its plugged in it can be temperamental. So I just leave it alone while it charges.
