I have been going to Cascal for over 2years now. I have always had a great service from the stylists. They are all fun and very professional even when busy. My cut and colour has always been fantastic, and i have many colours in my hair, which i never have twice, so it is a challenge. There are conditioning treatments that are put in the hair and left on for short periods of time. Not all treatments need the hot towel treatment. (i am a hairdresser).
It is such a shame that all the negative points are put on sites like these and very few positive ones. But when you think about the 2000 vouchers sold, along with the 3 salons regular clients which are hundreds, then these few negative comments are nothing really. This should go to prove what a great chain of salons these really are. Well done guys.
