I went to going places yesterday and really can stop thinking how lazy they were. I wanted to find a holiday in June but not quite sure where to go yet. When a lady (I think Rosie) heard that I wasn’t sure about destination she pulled her face then her colleague said …there is so much for us to search through -let me just mention I was the only person in there at that moment …the only one. I heard couple of times I should have came back when I decide where to go. I really felt like I was wasting her time, like I hadn’t done my homework and came unprepared as she wanted me exactly to tell where Im going, when, how much I pay and what other facilities I would have and of course where Im flaying from. Absurd to know all that I went to travel agency…silly me…
There was no help no advise, and at the end I think her colleague rang her to say-advise her to gently get rid of me as probably I was taking their lunch break. No pleasant experience at all, staff not very friendly like we were there for us them not them for us.
