Good real ale (Taylors & Leeds Brewery) with real wood fires. Good menus and pretty qood quality food menu mostly. Quite pricey for pub food reflecting its gastro theme.

Slightly out of the way, but the food and service is top quality in my experience and consistently good. Decor a touch dowdy!

Have been coming here since it opened in 1970's it is always good and freindly. Have not been able to get in (very long waits) since it won best Italian Restuarant in Gordon Ramsay's recent TV series. My kids love it here, best Pizza anywhere, and it has a lovely atmosphere. Plenty of fish but veggy options appear to have diminished in number and variety over the last few years.

Food consistently good but quite expensive. Fairly limited vegetarian choices which can get repetitive for regular veggy diners. Fish is good and the side dishes such as broccolli are perfectly cooked. Staff can sometimes be curt and inattentive, even at quiet times. Watch out for celebs!

OK Mexican with reasonable quality food at sensible prices. Service can be a little slow, or staff's attention difficult to catch. It used to be better several years ago under previous ownership but still quite good.

Have not been for some time, but went last week. I'd forgotten just how good the food is. Heavenly burrito, prepared by someone who clearly loves food and knows what they are doing. May take slightly longer to get your food than a typical restaurant but that is the price of quality. Cannot honestly say I've experienced such good food anwhere in the UK for a long time. If you like Tex-Mex or are veggy (lots of options) strongly recommend it.
