I have started to look for reviews as my friend thought it was odd that I have been waiting so long for my credit card ppi claim from Belmont Thornton She said I shoud look into as they could be sitting on the money for interest! so you can imagine my thinking now after reading these reviews. I did ask a while ago if I could leave them and do this myself and they said I was free to go, however I didnt and just a couple of months ago a guy said he had been in touch with the Onbusdman and good news is that its with the ijudicator so its at a good stage but they have until Feb before they have to pay me anything as thats the deadline and there is a huge back log with the ombudsman. He assured me that as soon as its through Ill hear.  Im fuming now cause Im skint and could really do with that money!  So not sure what to do, should I call the ombudsman myself?  Can I do that?  And also can I just leave them, I guess if they have already got the money then Its my right to have that.  I m hoping someone out there can advice me with the next steps, as all I know is if that money is sitting with them and they have lied and I can prove it they should not get any commission from me as they could have already earned that in interest!!!
