I have just received a letter from this company in responses to my complaint about a replacement faulty clutch actuator electrical module that has a 12 month warranty.

I have had a standard letter back about a engine fault that happens to be out of warranty!

I know that the engine 1.3 cdti has inherent faults.Timing belt tensioner failing and aluminium engine head fracturing resulting in a new engine or compleat engine rebuild.

Vauxhall Motors must have had a lot of complaints about that engine on the corsa and have made up a standard letter!

It would be nice if they could read my letter of complaint.

Vauxhall Motors Limited do not replace faulty parts unless they fail completely on their new cars or their replacement parts.
They will put up all sorts of excuses and try to put you off untill the warrantee expires then they will be very help full at your expense.
Avoid all new and used Vauxhall cars or it will cost you!
