I stayed at this B/B for one month while waiting for my new flat, the house was run by "Peggy" a nice elderly lady who would go out of her way to make sure everthing was o/k. Toilets and showers are on the ground and first floors, the breakfast room is help yourself to cereal - toast and any amount of tea and coffee ( 24 hours ),rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are comfy, 5 mins walk to town centre.

Had my car MOT’D here,very friendly service and helpful.

Alas this pub has gone like many others, it has shut down.
It was a good place to meet your friends.

As Bingo clubs go this is not to bad, supplys hot & cold food also has a bar, starting to get a bit expensive.

Clean and tidy, coffee good, cannot comment on food but looks nice, if on diet food high in calories, staff friendly.

Stopped here a few times before returning to widnes, rooms clean and tidy, also cannot hear traffic from Ashley Way with little chef gone cannot comment on breakfast.

Brand new store and so big its like being a kid in a toy shop, staff very helpful and go out of their way to help you, if you can’t find what you want, you don’t need it

Good pub to have a meal, extensive menu and specials also good curry club, serves food 7 days per week, the beers are not bad as well.

This Post Office is set at the back of the Spar Store, staff very friendly in both the post office and store.

Sad to say that this club has shut down,was a second home to ex-service men.
