I award this excellent example of how not to run a friendly restaurant, or provide professional customer service...no stars.
Avoid this place like the plague...Criccieth has many more restaurants to choose from, any of which will far exceed Granvilles.
I speak as a very annoyed customer who was humiliated and turned away in front of the entire restaurant because they thought my name was funny and they had lost the record of my booking.
