Went all the way from London to their warehouse, bought a sofa but didn't fit the corridor so return the item, they don't do refund only issue a voucher but if you don't find anything there, what can you do? A sofa is not a cheap item!

Didn't know they don't refund if the supplier didn't show up. Also their website is full of bugs, they even offer me a second chance option that including the supper who didn't show up, ridiculous! Also, links in two emails they sent us didn't work. They should have more testing before launching the site.
