Outstanding child care for 3 and 4 year olds. Fantastic outdoor play area and lovely staff. My child attends and couldn't be happier (2012/13). Highly regarded by ofsted too.

Great Spanish food and a friendly atmosphere. Not cheap. Nice decor.

Nice place. Good food. Like the Bell pub, doesn't feel like old school Walthamstow which is refreshing. Staff are accommodating. Nice wines. Not ridiculously priced either.

I hate to write a bad review but I've had several bad experiences at this place. I've visited it only 3 times in the last 6 years and each time has been poor. Second visit was served terrible "Walls" style sausages and swore I'd never go back. Chanced it a few weeks ago and took my wife for lunch there. Ordered steak. It came beautifully cooked but did not match description given by waiter. (No veg, a tiny amount of salad and literally 6 chips!!!) Worst of all it was smothered in some kind of "shake from a bottle" seasoning, ruining a really nice piece of meat. Service was shoddy and unfriendly. Time for a change of management perhaps? I won't be going back in a hurry as there's much better options in Walthamstow now. I hope the owners read this and raise their standards to what's being offered elsewhere.

Easily the nicest pub in Walthamstow. A great selection of draught beers and even better bottled ones. Nice decor and comfortable seating choices. It gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights but the vibe is great. At last, a local pub that feels a bit cosmopolitan! I don't think they are serving food yet (apart from delicious pork pies!) but I look forward to seeing what they come up with.
