I’ve only ever visited on a sunday for lunch with my husband and we always go for the Roast beef for two… Delicious. really good food, cant wait to go back… Please.., if you do decide to dine here then you MUST order the sticky toffee pudding… It really is the best dessert you will ever eat.. Fact!… Prices match the quality of food.., Great.

Very pretentious.., very expensive for what the room was.., We stayed here last year after going to watch a Bon Jovi concert at old trafford cricket ground where it was raining, obviously we were wearing clothes fitting for that kind of weather.., when we arrived back to the hotelwe decided to go up to the bar for a drink or two… we got nothing but scowls from the other hotel guests and the staff were no better.., we even overheard a guest refer to us as riff raff… obviously we asked her why she thought her £20 notes were different to ours… no reply. Myself and my husband are not riff raff, we have a great lifestyle, perfect home..! we just can’t stand snobby people who think they’re better than the rest… Oh room service was terrible.

Brilliant sun showers, the staff are great, really friendly.. Kelly does my nails and they are perfect everytime. They also have a hair stylist and do a range of beauty treatments and have just completed their training for various non surgical procedures. they also have the i-fit toning machine which is brilliant.., prices are reasonable., excellent service… no problems with parking, theres a large car park at the front.

Great food, fabulous decor and really friendly staff who were also very helpful with their knowledge of the wines available… really good atmosphere, and fairly reasonably priced.. visit the toilets.

Been here a few times and we are never disappointed. The food is fabulous., the best steak i’ve ever had… The staff are very friendly and have great knowledge on the large choice of wines available as they do with the food menu also. We have always felt relaxed and never felt pushed through our meal. The place is very modern, there has always been a great atmosphere when we’ve visited. very good prices., They also have an excellent choice of cocktails and other beverages in the bar area. Can’t wait to go back.

Great for a family afternoon/evening out.., They also do childrens parties. it’s quite expensive, you are likely to have a long wait at the bar.., the staff just walk past as though they can’t see you. food is poor, consisting of frozen chips, burgers, sausages , fish fingers or chicken nuggets.. no fresh food…. Kids will love it..!

Have eaten in the restaurant and also had food delivered., The staff are really friendly, the food is really tasty too. Takes about an hour on average for a delivered order so dont wait til you are starving before picking up the phone…. I do find it quite handy that they have their own website so the menu is available to view.

The biggest an best fish in Chesterfield by far… parking can be a bit tricky though.

The first time i stayed here was 9 yrs ago on my wedding night…, the staff were very friendly to us, the room was gorgeous, really cosy and the food was delicious. We decided to visit here again recently for food. We had a five course meal which is decided for you by the chef… there are no menus, all they need to know are if you have food allergies or if there’s anything that you particularly do not want to eat… so, we were quite looking forward to our night. The canapes on arrival were absolutely gorgeous.. we were then moved to the dining room and first course was truffle risotto… horrible., second course halibut which to be fair we both really enjoyed.. our wine still hasnt arrived.. we now get steak which we are told is fillet but no where near… really fatty and swimming in sauce that i can’t even describe.. our wine is here.. well.. its been put on the next table. the next dish was a passion fruit souffle with a trio of sorbets.. average. finally we got cheese, fruit cake slices.. revolting. all for the very overpriced total of £120.00…. it was all just really dissapointing., the staff were’nt that bothered, which is sad to say it was the owner/chefs wife who was serving us. they really need to alter the prices. No parking.
