  Due to the lack of beauty salons in Canary Wharf I ventured into this salon dispite reading some of the bad comments. I really wasn't too sure of what to expect. 

    As I walked into this busy buzzing salon there was happy, welcoming staff behind reception ready to help. I thought to myself, well this can't be that bad, it's busy and everyone seems happy and nice. I then decided to book in for some waxing. After paying a deposit and leavin my name and contact number I left the salon pretty impressed with the service.

     Later on that week I got a phone call the day before reminding me of my treatment the next day and just confirming all the times etc was still ok. 

     The next day I went to Urban Beach and yet again I had the same experience. A busy buzzing salon with friendly staff there to help. I went through with my therapist who done my waxing and that's WHERE I HAD THE BEST WAX I HAVE EVER HAD. The girl was amazing at her job, quick but very confident in her job and so sweet and chatty.

     I would definitely recommend this salon to any one. It's clean friendly and bursting with happy clients and happy staff. I have booked myself in some more treatments and I can't wait to get back into this fabulous salon.
