i have a similar story the only difference being i actually got my 998rs after about 3 months of email and calling Bill, but as part of the deal there were extra bits to come with the bike, im still to this day owed $7000 AUD worth of parts from the guy. With no answer to email or phone calls, my bike showed up in April 09.
