same as the above ,the receptionist is very rude ,she has been treating me and other customer really badly.and she is the sister's manager ,so she should treat customer who give her business with more respect.i have spoken to so many people who has complained about her.i lost my points card once ,and she acted as if i was fishing for extra point for free.although she always knew me.the bottom line was ,one day  as i said i wasn't sure about  the colour my nail were painted in ,i aksed nicely to the lady if she could do it again with a different colour ,this manager gave me a nasty look and told me making sure everyone could hear that i would have to pay £5 extra for the time the lady waisted.
i have never been to that place again.although the staff working there is nice.some of them complained about the manager there.
