This hotel is stunning beautifully decorated and the rooms are furnished to a very high standard. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Only criticism is the broadband didn't work. Can't believe all the other reviews this hotel is luxurious.

Alfaholic Its certainly NOT luxurious at all, its just VERY expensive to stay there and they ( Morgans ) think that is the reason people want to stay there. Its totally overated and crap all round, as most people that live in Swansea know only too well. You won’t find many local people using this place, I can assure you of that……..

Food was typical American diner style. The waiter seemed to hover over the table prob awaiting a tip. The overall experience was average.

Took my kids here for first time. We all had so much fun. The lazy river is great and good choice of slides. Also enjoyed my swim in Olympic pool. Would prefer separate male and female changing rooms.

My boyfriend and I went here for lunch on a day trip to bath. It was nice food and reasonably priced. We would visit again.
