vickyloo nelinuk18, First of all I am not an advocate for Vivacity- you have to be careful about your claims as i have purchased from this company on several occasions with out hassles even when at first I had trouble redeeming my voucher, I was threatening them just like you are doing but finally found out I haven’t followed the correct procedure to redeeming my voucher when I followed the steps the gave me everything was fine. Ever since my experience with them has been great, they have great offers and great bargains. We customers have to be fair and understanding with businesses. I suggest that you contact them the do reply to emails.
I will recommend Vivacity.
