Absolutely diabolical. Waitress actually swore when delivering food to our table. Chicken sandwiches were dry and actually smelt a bit odd. Would not recommend to anyone.

We visited the restaurant yesterday for my father in law's 85th birthday. We were shown to our table and the restaurant was about half full. We had to wait a while before our orders were taken. The service was at snail pace and it was difficult trying to get anyone's attention. The food was very good and up to the Haven's normally high standard. Unfortunately the slow service really let it all down.

Nice looking pub with well laid out restaurant. Food menu was good but I was disappointed with my choice which was very dry. I had ordered the fish dish but was told that no fish had arrived that day so had to quickly make another choice which turned out to be pretty tastless. It may be that we were unlucky on the day.

Spent the evening here at a gala dinner with work. I have to rate this as the best dinner experience ever. We had access to the Queen’s lounge and ate a beautiful meal in the State Banqueting room. The food was absolutely perfect and the service faultless. This really was an experience of a lifetime. This was not cheap but it was worth every penny. Absolutely amazing

A really pleasant open airy hospital with very pleasant public areas. The whole place felt clean and tidy. The foyer area offered a nice coffee shop and some other shops including a jewellers. Better than most of the hospitals I have visited

Flew into and out of terminal one and wasn’t very impressed with the place. The departure lounge had a bar and cafe offering very poor choice of food at pretty high prices. Refurbishment was going on and so had a pretty messy feel to the place.

Recently refurbished pleasant hotel located near central middlesbrough. The outside is very dowdy but inside very pleasant with gym and swimming pool. The rooms are a good size.

Very expensive shop even during sales. The choice in this smallish shop is limited but as always Jaeger offers classic well made quality clothes. I managed to buy a lovely coat but felt that the choice in other clothing was limited.

Very friendly helpful staff in this upbeat trendy shop. Clothes are well displayed in this atmospheric shop and set the scene for the type of clothes available. Jack Wills is an upmarket 'university outfitters’ selling sweatpants, hoodies, polo shirts etc. at expensive prices. Avoid during sale time!

Great place for great food, great atmosphere and a great building. Really nice ambience, a good menu and friendly waiting staff. The food was absolutely delicious, loved the mushroom starter. Would highly recommend an evening here
