This shop sells an amazing range of tv, film and sci-fi products, there is nothing really they don’t sell. They have a very large range of books and graphic novels and things like posters, figures, t-shirts and novelty items. It is completely different from the last shop and I like the fact it is bigger but has lost some its personal appeal. Its so white and almost clinical which is a shame as the last shop was quite cosy. The staff really know their stuff and look like they enjoy working here, they are also very friendly. There is plenty of room to move around so its a nice shopping experience, just wish it was a little more personal.

This is a great place to go when you are in Town and need a magazine or a book but it does get very crowded even though it is a big store. There is an upstairs with a good range of stationary which is of good quality but it can be quite expensive. Also the post office is upstairs which is a nightmare as it takes up so much room and is always very busy, you have to wait for ages. Downstairs there is a good selection of books of which some are on offer and they have a fantastic range of magazine, you will always find what you need. The store is just not very well laid out so you get huddled together and find it hard to get through the shop. The staff are very friendly and are very helpful, always give you a smile.

John Lewis is like a shopping centre under one roof. I think you can buy anything in here as they have all the beauty counters and consessions. The shop is beautiful, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff are second to none as they really go out of their way to help you. The products can be a little on the expensive side but you are paying for quality. I also find that as it is big I tend to get a bit lost so end up wandering around. The restaurant is well worth a visit, great food and beautiful views.

What I like about this store is that when you go in it feels like a proper little factory with someone on each station, it makes it feel like you are part of something. The shop is laid out well with a large range of animals to choose from and I think they fact you can record your voice to put into the teddy bear is a very personal idea. The clothes you can buy can be a bit expensive but adds to the fun as you can dress them up in all kinds of outfits. The birth certificate is a nice touch and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I shop in Argos quite a lot as the range of products is amazing, they basically sell anything and everything. The Southampton store is very big and spacious and never feels crowded. There are lots of catalogue order station dotted around and they have quick pay options so you do not have to que up. The que for the main tills get quite busy at times but it goes down quickly as the staff work very fast. Once you have paid you head over to collection where there are quite a few seats and you can track the process of your order which is good. I have never had to wait for very long and have found the staff very helpful and efficient.
