3 of us went Thursday at 7pm wishing to take
advantage of the ADVERTISED (on their front door and website) Early bird deal -
Free Starter and Dessert. We were rudely told by a very aggressive ignorant
intimidating fat guy in a white shirt - who I assume was a manager that the
meal deal was not on after 6pm. Nowhere does it say this on the door or website
! we were aggressively forced out of the building by this guy, and one of our
party was disabled. We were all wishing to spend a good bit of money on steak
dinners and alot of drinks - so this treatment was extremely OTT and verged on
assualt. All for the sake of some very cheap starters and desserts.
We have eaten here on mnay occasions before but never again, and I will be
telling all my friends and family about this treatment. Aswell as contacting
Trading standards for FALSE advertising - he is just lucky we also didnt
contact the police for the abuse !
